Provide one-on-one Occupational therapy to older adults wherever they call home (Private residences, Senior Living Communities, Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care) * Deliver therapy sessions that support patient wellness, longevity, mobility, and functional independence * Document effectively within FOX's EMR system in accordance with regulatory standards * Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists * Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate to extend access and flexibility Why Join FOX Rehabilitation?
