Senior Change Management Specialist
Pasadena, CA | Hybrid | W2 Only (No Sponsorship/C2C)
In need of a Senior Change Management Specialist to lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategy and execution across enterprise initiatives. This role partners with the PMO, Corporate Communications, Training Development, business leaders, Project Managers, and Business Relationship Managers to drive organizational readiness, adoption, and successful change.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and scale OCM processes, methodologies, templates, and toolkits across the enterprise.
Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and organizational readiness evaluations.
Develop change management, communication, training, and adoption strategies for high-impact initiatives.
Advise project teams and change champions on change planning and execution.
Establish and track OCM metrics/KPIs, including adoption, training engagement, sentiment, resistance mitigation, and outcome realization.
Facilitate stakeholder and leadership engagement, executive coaching, communications, and presentations.
Conduct change-related project health assessments and lessons learned.
Utilize tools such as Smartsheet, Box, Google Workspace/Gemini, Zoom, Lucid, PowerPoint/Slides, WalkMe, and Scribe.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Organizational Development, Business, HR, or related field.
10+ years of hands-on Organizational Change Management (OCM) experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of PROSCI ADKAR; PROSCI certification strongly preferred.
Experience operationalizing OCM frameworks, processes, and toolkits across multidisciplinary teams.
Strong facilitation, stakeholder engagement, executive coaching, communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
Familiarity with PROSCI ADKAR, Kotter, and other change management methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives.
