Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Overnight Call CenterWinter Services, LLC is seeking dependable and flexible Seasonal Full-Time Customer Service Representative – Overnight Call Center to work from our Milwaukee Corporate office during the winter season, approximately November through April. This is a full-time seasonal position, meaning employees are expected to work full-time hours during the active winter season. However, because our business is weather-dependent, weekly schedules and hours may vary based on snowfall, weather conditions, and operational needs.Employment Expectations: This position requires open and flexible availability. Employees must be available to work different shifts throughout the week, including:Early morningsDaytime shiftsEvening shiftsWeekendsHolidaysSchedules may change based on weather forecasts and business needs. Employees should be prepared to adjust their availability and work schedule when winter weather events occur.Weather Event & Overtime Expectations: Winter Services operates in a fast-paced, weather-dependent environment. During snowstorms and other significant weather events, employees may be required to work mandatory overtime before, during, and after the event. Additional hours may include extended shifts, changes to scheduled start or end times, and working outside of a typical schedule. Employees must be dependable and able to report to work as scheduled during weather events.Position Responsibilities: Customer Service Representatives will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, assisting customers with inquiries, and updating work orders in our computer system while speaking with customers. Representatives will also respond to customer emails professionally and assist with additional office duties as needed.Assist customers with inquiries and resolve customer concernsAnswer incoming phone calls in a professional and timely mannerUpdate and maintain accurate work order information while on customer callsMaintain detailed and accurate notesRespond to customer emails professionallyManage multiple computer systems quickly and efficientlyProvide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environmentAssist with office duties as neededRequirements:Previous customer service experience preferredStrong verbal and written communication skillsProficiency with computers and various computer applicationsAbility to manage multiple systems and tasks efficientlyPositive attitude and strong problem-solving skillsMust be reliable and dependableMust have open and flexible availabilityMust be available to work different shifts throughout the weekMust be available to work weekends and holidays as operationally requiredMust be able and willing to work mandatory overtime during weather eventsMust be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentIf you are dependable, flexible, and able to adapt to changing schedules during Wisconsin's winter weather season, we encourage you to apply and join our team!
