Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Roll-Off Driver with a Class B CDL, without an E Restriction to join our team. This position is responsible for safely delivering, picking up, and exchanging roll-off containers at customer locations while providing professional and reliable service.

What You’ll Do

• Safely operate a manual transmission roll-off truck
• Deliver, pick up, and exchange roll-off dumpsters and containers
• Follow assigned routes and daily dispatch instructions
• Safely position containers at residential, commercial, and industrial sites
• Operate hydraulic hoist and roll-off equipment
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Inspect containers and equipment for safety concerns
• Secure loads according to DOT and company requirements
• Maintain accurate delivery, pickup, and disposal documentation
• Transport materials to designated disposal or transfer facilities
• Communicate with dispatch regarding completed stops, delays, and customer needs
• Navigate tight spaces, job sites, alleys, and other challenging locations safely
• Maintain a clean and professional truck
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety procedures
• Provide courteous and professional customer service

Qualifications

• Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with no E Restriction. (licensed to drive in manual transmission).
• Clean or acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Roll-off, waste hauling, construction, or commercial driving experience preferred
• Experience operating hydraulic equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and commercial vehicle safety
• Ability to safely back and maneuver a commercial truck
• Strong situational awareness and attention to surroundings
• Ability to follow routes and dispatch instructions
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to perform the physical requirements associated with the position
• Must meet applicable DOT driver qualification requirements
