RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Recruiter in San Antonio, TX.
Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting and help identify top talent across a variety of business functions. This role partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop sourcing strategies, and provide positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, qualifications, and hiring priorities
* Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process
* Source candidates through LinkedIn, online recruiting platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other channels
* Build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates
* Maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams throughout the process
* Assist with job descriptions, postings, pre-employment screenings, and staffing records
* Partner with external recruiting firms and staffing agencies as needed
* Ensure recruiting practices align with applicable employment laws
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree required
* 3+ years of recruiting experience
* Strong sourcing, networking, and interviewing skills
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online recruiting tools
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
