Enforce Title 36 CFR by educating the visiting public on project purposes, conditions, policies, and regulations.
Patrol project lands and waters to prevent unauthorized use, trespass, and destruction of project land, water, facilities, and other environmental resources.
Perform and direct daily and scheduled maintenance of park grounds and facilities including cleaning, litter collection, inspections, monitoring utilities and inventory.
Develop annual work plans and administration of short-range plans relating to the recreation, land use, and interpretative program activities.
Complete and submit daily and monthly reports regarding recreation area use.
Perform compliance duties to ensure the implementation of agency policies including inspections, spot-checks, sampling, developing action plans to correct deficiencies and acting as a point-of-contact for external inspections.
Coordinate development and implementation of a variety of interpretive activities.
Provide day-to-day direction and training to lower graded rangers, volunteers, and laborers regarding daily scheduling, work assignments, and follow-up guidance.
