Primary day-to-day responsibilities will entail troubleshooting Dell laptop/desktop PCs. Working with end-users to resolve issues. Providing updates to management as needed.
The following is must: Field tech experience client facing/executive customer service. Troubleshooting and preventative maintenance of site. Warranty Dell support. Mac experience is a plus. Certification requirements: A+/nice to have Dell/Lenovo/Mac.
Top 2 or 3 required skills that candidates must have: Communications, Hardware Break-Fix, Installing.
Work schedule: M-F/8-5/Overtime = YES/On-Call = YES.
Full-time hours: FT.
Driving required: YES. Travel between multiple locations during the week.
Assignment type: Contract to hire.
